Poly Line supports Xinput. if you do not have a X box controller, or controller that uses Xinput, you can use the keyboard

Controls 

   Action  -  Enter/Start

   Rotate left  -  X/J/LT

   Rotate right  -  C/K/RT

   Move  -  arrows/WASD/D pad
