Starsign Treasure Hunter

Star Sign Treasure Hunter is an Item management RPG in which every day, the player can take some time to explore and find items useful items that must also be carefully selected to be sold to pay off their friend's rent.

please note that due to this game being made in a week, certain aspects are missing polish and or may be dysfunctional at times.

Gameplay:

Play through one week where every day you have time to explore a portion of a dungeon. Fight enemies and find treasure to amass wealth and help pay your friend's rent

Battles:

Battles are turn based. With the player always going first if they manage to land a first strike on their opponent by attacking them in the overworld.

Each participant in a battle makes use of "skills" to attack enemies and support their allies. These skills cost SP to use, which can only be restored by items or by returning to the overworld.

If a participant (both the player's party and the opposing party) strikes an enemy with a skill of a type that the target is weak to, they will gain "tempo", which allows them to take another action for free. Alternatively, the player can choose to pass the turn to an ally to give them a small attack boost in addition to the extra turn (maximum of once per ally per round)

Item fusion:

Certain items in the game can be fused onto your allies to change their capabilities. A fusion item may change the ally's stats, type affinities, or available skills. These items are lost upon fusion.

Item management:

Each item the player will find has a monetary value as well as value inside of combat Every day, a select few items will be "hot" items. These items will sell for 3x their original price
